Include all system folders such as 'System 32' in the 'Excepted Files and Folders' section by default, this will prevent accidental deletion of important library files (dll's)

C:\Windows\winxs is another one on newer systems Windows 7, 8, possibly Vista... lots of circular refrences using junction points.
